Interscholastic Athletics

Pathfinder has established numerous opportunities for interscholastic competition. Fourth, fifth and sixth grade students have the opportunity to participate in athletic contests sponsored by LEAP, organized by TCAPS. The following sports are typically offered at The Pathfinder School:

  1. Coed Cross Country
  2. Girls’ Basketball
  3. Boys’ Basketball
  4. Coed Volleyball
  5. Coed Track and Field

In addition to our partnership with area schools via the LEAP program, Pathfinder continues to expand interscholastic athletic opportunities for seventh grade and eighth grade students, with a particular eye toward fielding all-Pathfinder teams and exploring possibilities in other sports, including soccer. The following sports are typically offered at The Pathfinder School:

  1. Coed Cross Country
  2. Girls’ Volleyball
  3. Boys’ Basketball
  4. Girls’ Volleyball
  5. Coed Track and Field

Pathfinder fields its own teams in Cross Country and Track and Field, and collaborates with Traverse City Christian in placing student-athletes on interscholastic Volleyball and Basketball teams. In addition, many students participate in club sports. Pathfinder student-athletes have competed on championship youth clubs in baseball, soccer and basketball teams.
