Affording pathfinder

Choosing an independent school is an important investment in your child’s future, and we are committed to partnering with families to make a Pathfinder education accessible. Our financial assistance is need-based and tailored to each family’s unique circumstances.

We do not determine admission eligibility based on a family’s request for financial aid. Financial aid grants vary in amount and are based on demonstrated need through the School and Student Services (SSS) application process. To guide families through the process, we provide clear deadlines and steps below, with awards determined annually.

Financial Aid & Enrollment Process

Families planning to apply for financial assistance should first complete and sign their enrollment contract, selecting the financial assistance option during the enrollment process. Contracts for families applying for financial aid do not become binding until a financial aid determination has been made and the award has been accepted.

After submitting the enrollment contract, families should complete the required School and Student Services (SSS) financial aid application by the published deadline. Once financial aid applications have been reviewed, eligible families will receive their financial aid award.

Upon receiving an award, families will have a designated period to review and accept their financial assistance offer. Once the award is accepted, the enrollment contract becomes binding, and the required enrollment deposit is due to secure the student's place.

Families who enroll after the priority financial aid deadline are still encouraged to apply for financial assistance. Applications received after the priority deadline are reviewed on a rolling basis as funds remain available. Once a determination has been made, families will be given a specified timeframe to accept their award and submit their enrollment deposit.
