The Pathfinder School is launching a public search for its next Head of School and invites mission-aligned educational leaders to consider this opportunity.
Following a year of steady, intentional leadership under an Interim Head of School, Pathfinder is well positioned for its next chapter. The interim role was designed to stabilize the school, reset key priorities, and strengthen the foundation for long-term leadership. With that work successfully underway, the Board of Trustees is moving forward with identifying a permanent Head of School who will build upon this momentum.

The Opportunity

The next Head of School will partner closely with the Board of Trustees to lead the school forward, support faculty and staff, nurture student growth, and strengthen relationships with families and the broader community.

Search Process & Timeline
The Board has formed a Search Committee to guide this work and is beginning candidate outreach and review.
Search launch: December
Interviews begin: Late January
Anticipated appointment: Early to mid-Spring
