It is the board's responsibility to ensure that Pathfinder's mission is relevant and vital to the community it serves and to monitor the succcess of the school in fulfilling its mission. The board is guided in its responsibilities by the NAIS Principles of Good Practice. The Board and the Head of School work in partnership to fulfill these principles.
