Spelling Bee (4th-8th):
Our annual Pathfinder Spelling Bee will be held Thursday, January 24th at 2:00pm in Duncan’s portable (Lower campus next to the Administration Building).
It’s not compulsory for students, but we try to encourage everyone to participate. If your son or daughter would like to prepare for the bee, a list of this year’s study words is available in the Main Office. The top winners from the Pathfinder bee will go on to the Leelanau County Spelling Bee, and winners from that bee advance to the regional bee at the State Theater in March. The winner of the regional bee goes to Washington, DC for the National Bee.
High School 101
We invite our middle school students to join recent graduates of Pathfinder who attend schools all over our region (TC West, TC Central, Interlochen, The Leelanau School and more) to learn about the transition from Pathfinder to High School. Discover what you need to know from students who have been in your shoes. Parents are also invited to sit with Alumni parents to discuss the transition from a parent's eyes.
All 6th-8th graders are encouraged to attend.

Alumni and Current Parents encouraged to attend with their students
