Parent/Teacher Conferences | March 5 & 6

Monday (March 5) and Tuesday (March 6) are parent/teacher conferences.  If your student is in Pre-K through 5th grade you will sign-up with the teacher directly. If your student is in 6th-8th grade, you should have received an email from Crystal (receptionist@thepathfinderschool.org) with a survey for you to fill out.

We will then reach out to you with your scheduled conference time. If you have any questions, please contact Crystal by email or calling 231.995.3800

***There will be NO SCHOOL Monday, March 5th and  Tuesday, March 6th due to conference scheduling. ***

ARRIVAL  - Tardy Slips/Doctor's Visits, Upstairs access road

Parents please make sure to call the Main Office (231.995.3800) or email (receptionist@thepathfinderschool.org) when your child will not be attending school due to an illness or when your child will be late to school. IF your students arrives after 8:15am, she/he will need to stop in the Main Office and fill out a tardy slip.

DOCTOR's APPOINTMENT, LEAVING SCHOOL EARLY OR MID-DAY

Please stop in the Main Office to sign your student out. We also love getting a call/email to the main office (231.995.3800 or receptionist@thepathfinderschool.org) ahead of time so that we can have your student ready. When returning to campus, please stop in the Main Office and sign him back in.

UPSTAIRS ACCESS ROAD

We ask that parents do not use the driveway to access the upper classrooms unless there is a medical need to do so. We have an active campus with students often outside of their classroom and we need to ensure safety. This is also a one way road and needs to be monitored. IF you need to drive up, PLEASE call or stop in the main office FIRST. Thank you!
