PRE-KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT

2019 - 2020

Thank you for your interest in our Pre-Kindergarten

program. At Pathfinder, we understand that early

childhood education is fundamental to your child's

growth and development. Consistent with our whole

school philosophy, our Pre-K  students play, laugh,

and learn in asupportive atmosphere with their

classmates, teachers, and our community of parents.

Please call Crystal Mason, in the

Admission Office at 231-995-3800 to

schedule a campus tour.

We have limited space in our two Pre-Kindergarten classrooms

(8 students to 1 teacher). We base our Admissions decisions

on the following priorities:

  1.  RETURNING STUDENTS & SIBLINGS OF CURRENT STUDENTS

  2. LONG TERM INTEREST IN PATHFINDER - Ideally, we seek to find students and families who are interested in being with the school through 8th grade.

  3. POTTY TRAINING - We require that all students applying to the school be fully potty trained.

  4. BALANCE - Our goal is to have a balanced multi-age classroom of children ages 3-5.

All placement decisions will be made by the end of February 2019, at which point we will notify all families. If you have questions before then, please feel free to contact the Admissions Office: 231.995.3800 or email receptionist@thepathfinderschool.org.

"We wanted to find a school community for our children that would reinforce rather than erode our home values. We found our children’s second home at Pathfinder. I know that the adults here—teachers and staff—have the same goals for my children as I do. "
