Susan has served many positions at Pathfinder over the past 16 years.  She taught pre-school, was Summer Camp Waterfront Director, and developed the Extended Day Program. Susan received her AA degree in Art Design from Columbia College, B.S. Degree in Community Development from Central Michigan University and a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Grand Valley State University. In addition to Extended Day, Susan is a parent educator/early childhood specialist with TBAISD Way To Grow Program.  Susan lives in Mayfield with her husband Tom and their two miniature Schnauzers Sophie and Sadie.  Susan enjoys traveling and visiting her children Paul (Tacoma, WA), Sarah  (Lynden, WA) and Beth (Cleveland, OH).  Paul, Sarah and Beth are all Pathfinder Alumni.
