Stephanie’s kindergarten room at Pathfinder is chock-full of color, activity, and books, with a place for everyone and huge windows out to the forest outside. Stephanie joined Pathfinder in 2007 and immediately set about fostering relationships between her children’s experience of the twenty-two-acre campus and their active experiences in the classroom. Prior to joining Pathfinder, Stephanie fit a wide range of experience in as short time, teaching reading at writing at the elementary and junior high level for Traverse City Public Schools, with a focus upon students with special needs. She lives in Traverse City with her husband, Eric, and her three daughters: Mady and Avery, Pathfinder students, and Lucille, a beautiful newborn baby. (Note: Stephanie is on maternity leave for the fall of 2011, home with Lucille.)
