Leisa Eckerle Hankins
Director of Development
Leisa currently serves as our Director of Development, a field in which she has considerable experience. Prior to joining Pathfinder, Leisa was the owner of My Favorite Things and Tiny Toes in downtown Traverse City, and was president of the Board of the Downtown Traverse City Association as for six years. She also served as executive director of the State Theatre Group and Encore Society of Music in Traverse City. For nine years, she worked in Grand Rapids for the St. Cecilia Music Society, where she oversaw a $3.5 million capital and $2 million endowment campaigns. Leisa also oversaw a $3 million annual campaign for the Planned Parenthood Centers of West Michigan. Leisa’s lives in Suttons Bay with her husband, Andy, and her children, Zachary and Alison, who are Pathfinder students.
